Class response blog #1

In class we made kites. Mine looks like the one above. There was no wind outside so it was hard to determine if my kite would fly or not. A kite is usually made out of cloth and maybe plastic. The plastic helps the kite be sturdy.

Since there was no wind i held my kite int he air and ran. I noticed the flaps or tips was bending back. If my kite had more strength/sturdyness on the tips, like in the picture above, my kite would fly.
